Certified for ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS. The Quality assurance department is supported by a team of customer satisfaction driven quality engineers. The team uses various tools including Reviews of Design and Manufacturing, First Sample Inspection Report and Approval, PPAP, Control Plans, Dolphin Inspection Standards and Manufacturing Standards, Capability Studies as applicable, “First Piece” Set Up Inspection and In Process Inspection, 100% Visual Final Inspection wherever applicable, Customer Complaints Management and 8D Corrective Actions.

SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING

Certified under 14001, Dolphin Group of Industries is working towards reducing Energy Consumption Per Sales Value, Reduction in Water Consumption Per Sales Value, Reduction in Usage of Paper Per Sales Value, Usage of only Recycled Wood and Reduction of Plastic Per Sales Value.

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Dolphin Group of Industries has funded through Red Cross for Project on Improving nutritional levels in teenage students to promote mid-day meals for children above middle school, Sponsoring for Meals for Student in Academy for Blind and also Participated in CSR initiative from ILO regarding HIV and Tuberculosis awareness among employees
